+ Undertake initial assessment of individuals referred into the service.
+ Provide a range of evidence-based interventions to individuals assessed as appropriate for treatment from the service.
+ Contribute to the coordination of recovery-focused interventions for individuals.
+ Work closely with partner agencies, including statutory and non-statutory services, to ensure effective delivery and coordination of services.
+ Monitor prescribing interventions, which form a component of the individual's recovery journey.
+ Undertake specific interventions to support individuals in addressing alcohol use problems.
+ Provide a range of evidence-based treatment to individuals with physical and psychological dependency on illicit drugs or alcohol.
+ Achieve all targets identified within the service level agreement.
+ Proactively engage clients within the treatment system to minimize harm related to their use of illicit drugs or alcohol.
+ Work in partnership with non-statutory agencies to deliver treatment and psychosocial support to clients.
+ Collaborate with service users to ensure the services provided are appropriate and relevant to their needs.
+ Manage a defined caseload.
