We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations and answering any questions regarding food and beverages.
* Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
* Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
* Handle catering requests and assist with special events as needed.
* Support barista operations by preparing coffee and other beverages when required.
* Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential, also Level 2 & Allergens certification is a must.
* Experience in catering or serving roles is advantageous.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Barista experience is a plus, particularly in preparing specialty coffee drinks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
