Our client is recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to lead a solo-occupancy residential children's home in Buckinghamshire. This is a brand-new solo placement home - you will lead Ofsted registration and recruit your own staff team from scratch.
This is a key role with responsibility for safeguarding, leadership, and regulatory compliance in a therapeutic and trauma-informed setting.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of home operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards
* Lead and coach your team, maintaining a calm, supportive environment
* Work closely with social care, education, therapy, and youth offending teams
* Implement individual care plans tailored to emotional and developmental needs
* Prepare the home for inspection and ongoing quality assurance
You Bring:
* 2+ years as Deputy Manager or higher in a children's residential care setting
* NVQ Level 5 or willingness to complete.
* Deep understanding of safeguarding and quality standards
* Ability to lead in high-risk, trauma-informed environments
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
* Calm, empathetic, and confident leadership style
