Operations Support (Fintech), 6-month contract, fully remote, £350p/d
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist (Fintech) to join our client on a major new project for an initial six‑month contract. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with market data or trading platforms, and confidence in client‑facing situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily operational and production support for real‑time trading and market‑data systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve live issues with minimal disruption
* Manage incidents, escalations, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with engineering and client‑facing teams
Essential Criteria
* 10+ years’ experience in Operations, Production Support, or Application Support
* Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability in high‑pressure environments
* Excellent communication skills, including client‑facing experience
