Key Responsibilities
* Support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met
* Prepare and maintain accurate management accounts and financial records
* Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the Group
* Investigate variances and provide analysis and insight
* Identify and implement process improvements within finance
* Work closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
* Assist with ad hoc reporting and project-based work
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
* Strong knowledge of month-end processes and financial controls
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
* Proactive, xsngvjr solutions-focused mindset
