About The Role
We at BrewDog are looking for a Duty Manager to support the management team in running overnight shifts and performing various front‑ and back‑of‑house duties. Your role will involve training and guiding staff to deliver excellent customer service and to make the bar a destination people want to visit.
Responsibilities
* Assist and support the management team in running overnight shifts.
* Perform front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties to keep operations running smoothly.
* Train, coach, and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.
* Maintain a welcoming and efficient bar environment for customers.
Qualifications
* At least 1–2 years of hospitality management experience.
* Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
* Strong customer‑service focus and ability to ensure every customer has an excellent experience.
