The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented and driven Corporate Tax professional to join our London team. You’ll work with a varied client base, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses (OMBs) to large international groups, delivering a blend of tax compliance and advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and preparing corporate tax returns and computations for a portfolio of clients
* Advising clients on tax planning opportunities and tax risks
* Assisting with tax advisory projects covering diverse areas, including reorganisations, group structures, international tax, and more
* Building trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters
* Collaborating with other departments, including audit and corporate finance, to provide joined-up advice
* Coaching and developing junior team members, sharing your knowledge and technical expertise
About You
* Qualified or recently qualified (CTA / ACA / ACCA)
* Solid experience in corporate tax compliance and an interest in advisory work
* Comfortable working with OMBs as well as larger corporate groups
* Enjoy tackling complex tax issues and finding solutions
* Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
* Keen to develop your career quickly in a supportive, dynamic environment
