Overview
Join us as an Overnight Crew Member at McDonald's. You\'ll become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. If you\'ve visited one of our restaurants before, you\'ll have an idea of what\'s involved in working here, but you might not realise the variety and scope of the role. We want every McDonald\'s customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit — hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As an Overnight Crew Member, you\'ll make it happen, whether you\'re preparing food, serving on the till or looking after customers\' needs in the dining areas. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant, providing friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
To comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am; please only apply if you are above this threshold. We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace, providing quality jobs, and making opportunities open to all.

Interview & Qualities
The interview is an absolutely vital part of our hiring process. We look for people who have the right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience; we hire for qualities and potential, rather than qualifications.
