East Riding Leisure Bridlington is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Casual L2 Activity Instructor.
You will be working in the Clip N Climb section within ERL Bridlington as an instructor.
You'll be helping guests take on our climbing walls, ensuring they stay safe while having an unforgettable experience. This is a hands-on, active role where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
1. Supervising and supporting guests on all 8 climbing walls
2. Delivering safety briefings and clear instructions
3. Monitoring participants and maintaining high safety standards
4. Creating a fun, friendly and encouraging environment
What we're looking for:
5. Aged 16 plus
6. Confident working at height
7. Physically fit
8. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
9. A proactive approach to safety
