The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained across all assigned areas. They coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
2. Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
3. Assign duties and monitor performance of team members
4. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use
5. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
6. Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
7. Monitor inventory and order cleaning materials when needed
8. Respond to client or management complaints and resolve issues promptly
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance
Experince of being a supervisor is needed, this role is part time tempoary a week. Shift times do vary.
