With strong heritage and an ambitious growth agenda, the business is now looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to lead activation across the Grocery channel, driving shopper engagement, category growth, and best‑in‑class execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of shopper marketing plans across key Grocery customers, ensuring activity drives both value and volume growth.
* Support the annual planning cycle, helping shape integrated commercial plans aligned with wider business objectives.
* Develop and implement customer‑specific shopper marketing tools and initiatives to support key brands and commercial priorities.
* Ensure all shopper marketing activity is aligned with wider brand strategies and business goals.
* Manage and evaluate activation performance, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with customers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to maximise campaign effectiveness.
* Support customer meetings, presentations, and annual planning sessions with engaging and commercially relevant marketing plans.
About you:
* Experience in Shopper/Trade/Customer Marketing, ideally within drinks or FMCG.
* Experience working with Grocery customers and delivering retail activations.
* Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering growth.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
* A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
