We’re looking for a Merchandiser Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s organised, analytical and keen to build confidence in operations and stock management.
What you’ll be doing (and learning along the way )
With support from the team, you’ll help keep our stock flowing and our data accurate by:
* Supporting inbound stock and deliveries into the warehouse
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* Assisting with stock management and maintaining accurate data
* Preparing weekly sales and stock reports
* Working closely with account management and warehouse teams to manage stock and resolve issues quickly
* Building positive working relationships with customers and factories, including international partners
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — we’ll support you as you learn and grow in the role .

* Have strong administration skills and enjoy keeping things organised
* Like working with numbers and thinking analytically
* Enjoy working with detail and making sure information is accurate
* Are confident using computers, especially Excel (or keen to develop your skills further)
* Communicate clearly and build positive working relationships
* Can manage deadlines and follow up on tasks
