We have an exciting role on offer within our Holly Lodge Children’s home as a Residential Support Worker.

What we’re looking for:
NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards.
Experience working with children and young people.
Understanding of child development and the impact of trauma.
Ability to respond with Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy (PACE).
A restorative, relationship-based approach to supporting children.
Enthusiasm and motivation to make a positive difference.
Experience supervising staff is desirable.
You’ll work as part of a team providing 24/7 care in a safe, nurturing environment. This includes evenings, weekends, sleep-in shifts, and bank holidays. You’ll use curiosity and empathy to understand behaviour, build trust, and help young people feel safe and valued. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
