Recruitment Consultant - Reed Scunthorpe Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE) uncapped bonus potential Location: Suite 1A, Haldenby House, Berkeley Business Centre, Doncaster Rd, Scunthorpe DN15 7DQ Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (after induction). During peak recruitment drives, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) ⏰ Hours: Either 7am - 3.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm on a rota basis to meet client requirements Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum. Leave must be taken during school holidays, apart from 5 days per year with agreed sign-off What is the role? Reed Scunthorpe are looking for 2 x Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team. Both roles will focus on temporary recruitment in the secondary education market: Role 1: Covering Leeds and Yorkshire (warm desk with existing PSL agreements and previous billing history). Role 2: Covering Lincolnshire, Grimsby and Hull (new desk with PSL agreements and strong potential for growth). You'll inherit warm activity and client relationships, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running and build a thriving desk. What You'll Be Doing Client Development: Build strong partnerships with secondary schools by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored temporary recruitment solutions. Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality teachers and support staff for short-term and long-term assignments. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
