Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company based in Chorley to recruit a talented and proactive Production Planner to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules to meet customer demands
* Coordinating with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure material and resource availability
* Monitoring progress against plan, identifying bottlenecks and adjusting schedules as needed
* Analysing capacity and production performance data to support continuous improvement
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to communicate lead times and resolve any production issues
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Production Planning role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills
* Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
* Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
