Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis
* Ability to elicit, document, and analyse business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
* System Integration Knowledge
* Understanding of APIs, middleware, data flows, and how systems communicate across platforms.
* Data Mapping & Transformation
* Skill in identifying how data moves between systems and ensuring accurate mapping and formatting.
* Process Modelling
* Creating visual models of workflows, data flows, and system interactions to clarify integration points.
* Technical Documentation
* Writing clear specs for developers, including integration requirements, data schemas, and interface contracts.
* Stakeholder Management
* Navigating between business users, developers, architects, and vendors to align expectations and priorities.
* Agile & Scrum Methodologies
* Familiarity with iterative development, user stories, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
* Testing & Validation Support
* Assisting in integration testing, defining test cases, and validating data accuracy across systems.
* Proficiency in Integration Tools
* Experience with MuleSoft.
