Role Breakdown
We’re looking for a candidate who can lead the internal sales and technical service functions. It’s a mix of team leadership, improving processes, supporting customer enquiries, and making sure quotations, orders, and technical support run smoothly. The role is also a key escalation point for any commercial or technical issues, so it suits someone confident navigating both sides.
You’ll be joining at a time of significant growth, working closely with sales, engineering, production and quality, and helping improve customer satisfaction and service performance across the board.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
Experience leading internal sales, after‑sales, or technical service teams
Industry background in engineering or manufacturing is strongly preferred
Good understanding of sales processes, quotations, and order handling, as well as use of ERP/MRP and CRM systems
Personality: strong leader, comfortable managing motivating and improving teams, with an analytical mind and commercially aware Desirable:
Technical aptitude relating to industrial or electrical equipment
Continuous improvement or root‑cause analysis experience
Exposure to service-level KPI's
