We are seeking an Exceptional Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supply agency and work across various classrooms in the area. If you're eager to contribute and bring your best to every situation, this role is perfect for you!
Details:
* Location: Ammanford
* Salary: £89.38 daily rate
* Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary slightly)

Your Role:
* Providing support to students with varying needs, either one-on-one or in small groups.
* Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
* Encouraging active participation and engagement in the classroom.
* Supporting behavioural management and fostering a positive learning environment.
