Responsibilities
* Undertake a formal apprenticeship within the crane environment with structured work-based training.
* Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards for yourself and others.
* Complete all required documentation accurately.
* Follow a set rotation and training plan.
* Investigate customer problems and prepare technical reports.
* Assist team members as needed.
* Focus on all product types and develop related skills.
Skills & Experience
* Grades A-C or 9-4 in Maths, English, and Science.
* Interest or background in engineering.
* Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
* Passion for learning with high attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Must be 18 or over at scheme start; no upper age limit.
