Responsibilities:
* Weld various Turbine products following work instructions and company standards
* Utilise Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding techniques to produce high-quality output
* Interpret engineering drawings and welding layouts accurately
* Inspect production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain and update digital production applications
* Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues
* Be flexible with the working schedule to meet production demands
* Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1
* Experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement
* Pride in maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Any additional welding certifications or training
* Previous experience in the Turbine industry
