Salary: £35,000pa – £39,000pa + excellent bonus and benefits package
Hours: 40hrs per week, 5 days a week

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our award‑winning culinary team; someone who can lead from the front, inspire creativity, and deliver dishes that wow our guests, whether it’s a plated gala dinner or a bustling match‑day service.
What You’ll Do
* Create and produce a wide range of menus for fine dining, hospitality suites, and large‑scale events.
* Deliver exceptional food quality on match days and non‑match days.
* Innovate and refresh our food offering in line with trends and client expectations.
* Lead and motivate kitchen teams, including casual and junior chefs, to deliver consistent excellence.
* Maintain top‑tier Food Safety and Health & Safety standards in all kitchen areas.
* Manage ordering, stock control, menu planning, and costing to ensure efficiency and profitability.
What You Bring
* Solid experience in fresh food cooking operations.
* A passion for hospitality trends and the drive to create memorable dining experiences.
* The ability to work under pressure during busy periods, especially during the football season (Aug–May) and peak event times.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Basic Food Hygiene qualification (Level 2 or above).
* Experience managing and training kitchen teams.
* Flexibility to work all match days and key events.
Desirable
* Supervising Food Safety Level 3
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
* Experience in contract catering or large‑scale production kitchens
