What You’ll Do

1. Lead and develop HR system enhancements and HR improvement projects to meet organisational needs.
2. Be the subject matter expert for HR information systems, ensuring system integrity and quality are maintained at all times.
3. Collaborate with HR, ICT, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver innovative solutions.
4. Analyse data, produce clear analytics, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
5. Support the development of HR related policies and contribute to strategic planning.

What Makes You Stand Out

6. Significant experience in HR Systems with either a CIPD Level 5 or Data and Systems qualification (or working towards).
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
8. Experience with our core systems iTrent (HRIS) and Hornbill (CRM).
9. Experience in system administration, project management, and delivering change.
10. A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
