As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Campaign Executive to work across our client portfolio. This role will proactively support the Campaign team with the co-ordination of marketing campaigns including briefing creative assets, production, client management, campaign delivery and reporting. Campaigns will predominantly be from partners in the travel sector, including tourism organisations and hotels. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, smart, highly organised graduate. You will be collaborative and immerse yourself in new opportunities. You should be highly personable, responsible, excellently organised and have great attention to detail. What you'll do:
• Work closely with international client partners to help them deliver on marketing campaigns for advertisers
• Operate within our proprietary campaign management platform to co ordinate campaigns
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging campaign content
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to maximise campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media buying, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Collate and share campaign evidence and co-ordinate reports.

• Strong communication / presentation skills
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional ability to work with people and within teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in using campaign management tools is desirable
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Additional European language skills are desirable.
