MTS Health Limited is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team based at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in biomedical engineering, supporting the maintenance and management of vital medical equipment in a hospital environment.
About the Role
As a Technical Assistant, you will support the Biomedical Engineering team by:
* Carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on a wide range of biomedical devices (with full training provided).
* Assisting in maintaining service documentation and asset data.
* Supporting the team in scheduling and managing workloads.
* Ensuring that all maintenance and administrative tasks meet company quality and safety standards.
* Working closely with engineers, customers, and subcontractors to deliver excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
* No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* A strong commitment to quality and safety.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
