We are looking for Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated residential team in the SO19 area.
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. This includes Team Teach Level 2 training, which equips staff to use safe and effective approaches to support behaviour that may challenge. Please note that on occasion, physical interventions may be necessary.
Our service provides support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health problems, and acquired brain injuries to promote independence and improve quality of life.
Important Note (GOR):
Due to the personal care needs of the people we support, Waking Night Support Worker roles are open to female applicants only. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Hours Available:
* Waking Night Positions – 8:00pm to 8:00am
* Day Support Workers – 8:00am to 8:00pm
