nhow London(pronounced now) had opened in January 2020 and re-opened its door in July 2021 following temporary closure due to pandemic. The hotel has been designed by Sir Norman Fosters acclaimed architectural firm Foster & Partners.The hotel themed isOld London Reloaded, designed by architect James Soane and combines British icons with unconventional contemporary elements. These include a Big Ben rocket sculpture in the lobby and a wood installation around an LED fireplace. Across eight floors, the hotel features a restaurant, bar, gym, networking spaces and meeting rooms.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor that supports the F&B Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department ensuring exceptional service, quality and profitability. This role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene and providing excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management: Supervise and train the F&B team.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality ensuring consistency and excellence.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Rota Management: Create and manage staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage.
Sales and Revenue: Promote sales, increase revenue and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and handovers on sales, inventory and staff performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in F&B Management or Supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
