Whilst this great company has already established itself as one of the UKs premier players in transforming workspaces, it continues to be ambitious in its growth plans. As well as fielding inbound sales enquiries, youll be tasked with taking a proactive approach in identifying and engaging prospects through a range of business development activities; primarily telesales, where your customers are likely to be commercial estate agents, landowners, developers, commercial landlords, and business owners. Whilst most of your sales activity will take place from the office, over the phone or through Zoom/MS Teams calls, you will on occasion visit client sites, so its important that youre able and willing travel across the south of the UK. Youll be great for this role if You have proven experience in B2B sales. It is preferable that this experience has been gained in the commercial workspace sector, but sales executives with a history of achieving targets in other fields will be of interest to. Youre awesome on the phone, demonstrating excellent customer service, sales acumen, and a commitment to building strong client relationships. You are motivated to achieve demanding sales targets.
