£12.91 - £13.44 per hour
33 hours per week, 8pm - 7am

About the role
At Footherley Hall we provide holistic care for 50 residents, including those living with dementia, in a warm, supportive environment guided by our values of compassion, dignity, and respect.
Your responsibilities as a night care assistant
* Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
* Support with personal care, mobility, and respond to resident needs.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Work closely with colleagues and senior staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during the night.
* Ensure confidentiality and dignity for all residents.
What we are looking for
* A caring, compassionate, and patient approach
* Reliability and the ability to work independently at night
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience using a mobile phone or tablet to record care notes
* 6 months' experience working in elderly residential care
* Driver with access to a vehicle
