Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret complex numerical data from internal and external sources. Present findings using diagrams, tables, graphs, and charts.
* Strategic Support: Partner with senior leadership to support key decision-making through financial and market intelligence reports.
* Trend & Historical Analysis: Evaluate website and vendor data to identify patterns and opportunities.
* Systems & Process Implementation: Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
Candidate Profile
Tis client is looking to attract a detail-oriented and technically proficient analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, able to evidence previous, relevant employment experience in a similar field.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree educated in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
Strong experience in:
• Data modelling and interpretation
• CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• ERP platforms (NetSuite)
• Cloud computing principles
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation
• In-depth understanding of GDPR and data protection implementation
