About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Work Based Learning Manager to lead and grow our Construction & Motor Vehicle apprenticeships and workplace learning provision. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will:
* Drive the growth and quality of apprenticeships and workplace learning programmes.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of all Work Based Learning (WBL) programmes.
* Lead and support a team of Quality Leads and Work Based Learning Assessors.
* Ensure the department meets ambitious targets for success rates, timely completions, and new starts.
* Manage caseloads, budgets, and forecasting to achieve sustainable growth.
* Take responsibility for performance monitoring reports and the department’s Self‑Assessment Report (SAR).
This pivotal leadership role balances strategic growth with operational excellence, ensuring our learners and employers receive an outstanding experience.
