Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £35k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a respected name within the Water Treatment / Hygiene industry, with a stronghold in the South East of England. They are recruiting for a hardworking Water Treatment Engineer to cover a mixed portfolio of commercial, public sector and local authority client sites. Duties will include: TMV servicing, showerhead descales and closed systems. Candidates will be expected to travel in line with changing company requirements and must have excellent technical knowledge, including the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. Experience / Qualifications
* Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer within a well-established outfit
* Able to work in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Can operate across a range of client sites
* Hardworking attitude
* Good literacy and IT skills
The Role
* Undertaking a diverse range of ACOP L8 compliance tasks on commercial, local authority and public sector sites
* Showerhead descales
* TMV servicing and failsafes
* Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
* Closed system sampling
* Chlorinations
* Acid descales
* Flushing on little used outlets
* Producing regular service reports
