**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, ensuring every cup meets our standards of excellence.
* Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
* Assist with front-of-house (FOH) duties, such as preparing pastries, serving them to tables, and ensuring
all food items are displayed attractively and restocked as needed
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Collaborate with your team to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
**Requirements:**
* Passionate about coffee and creating the perfect brew.
* Previous experience working with specialty coffee (Required)
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Friendly, presentable, and a strong team player.
* Reliable, hardworking, and well-organized.
* Flexible availability across the week, though we are closed every Sunday and on all bank holidays.
* Fluent in English.
* Please note: We do not sponsor visas.
**What We Offer:**
* Starting pay from £13.85 per hour, with paid breaks included.
* Daytime hours only, as we close at 4pm - 4:30pm daily. (future plan is closing at 5pm)
