Key Responsibilities
* Ensure thesafety and welfare of childrenis at the heart of all assessments and interventions.
* Observe, supervise, record, and assessfamily interactions, child behaviour, and parental capacity.
* Deliver a respectful and strength-based service, valuing each familys experiences and background.
* Work closely with managers and other professionals tosupport family progressand ensure high-quality practice.
* Challenge and teach parenting practicessensitively and appropriately.
* Participate in team meetings, training, and professional supervision.
* Maintain accurate, timely recordsin line with organisational standards.
* Support with general childcare duties and day-to-day centre operations.
Requirements
* Minimum6 months experience in the UKin a relevant setting (social care, SEN, NHS, teaching assistant, or care home).
* Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and committed to promoting positive outcomes for children and families.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
* Adriving licence is not essential.
Shift Pattern
* 4-week rolling rota, working a mix of:
o 7:30am 3:00pm
o 2:30pm 10:00pm
