Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility and Criteria:
To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of relevant experience.
* Over 4 years of relevant experience.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
