Roles Available
We're recruiting for key leadership positions within our night‑shift operation. Both roles are permanent, offer competitive pay, and give you the chance to take real ownership of your shift.
What You'll Be Doing:
Night Shift Team Leader
* Lead up to 20 staff and keep production running smoothly
* Drive shift performance, quality, and workflow
* Support and coach team members to lift capability
* Set the tone for a safe, productive night shift
Night Shift Supervisor
* Take full ownership of the warehouse on night shift
* Lead a team of 5-6 to hit production targets
* Solve problems on the spot and maintain efficiency
* Work closely with the Production Manager to elevate the operation
What You Need
* Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or warehousing
* Strong communicator who motivates people and gets results
* Reliable, steady, and ready for 5pm-5am (Mon-Thurs & Friday once production picks up)
* A sharp eye for safety and a hands‑on mindset
