RSP Group is looking to hire a Senior Executive Search Consultant to support our continued growth.
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys developing client relationships, delivering high-quality search assignments, and wants to be part of a business that’s growing year on year.
While our preference is someone from a Construction recruitment background, we’re also open to speaking with proven recruiters from other sectors who have a strong track record of billing and are looking for a platform where they can continue to grow.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and growing client relationships
* Delivering executive search and retained recruitment assignments
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining high-quality candidate networks
* Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
* Representing RSP Group as a trusted market specialist

* Excellent relationship-building skills

Construction recruitment experience would be highly advantageous, but we are equally interested in speaking with exceptional recruiters from other specialist markets.
