This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a coordination role (repairs coordination, services coordination etc).

Ensure necessary training is provided across the business, working closely with managers to help ensure training provisions are managed effectively.
Work Closely with Management to ensure teams remain compliant
Ensure the maintenance of effective training administrative systems
Coordinate and support on the delivery of training programmes
Lead on responding to training enquires for the team and managers
Produce monitoring and evaluation reports based upon feedback forms
Coordinate the learner system for monitoring learner process and submission of workbooksWhat do you need?
Proven time management and problem-solving skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise
An understanding of how training is delivered and assessed
Knowledge of domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women
Excellent IT skills are a must
