Marketing Manager
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3 days office) Salary: up to £50,000
An established and expanding company in the energy services sector is seeking their first dedicated in-house marketer. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing function, shaping the strategy, managing campaigns, and driving digital activity that strengthens the brand and supports business growth.
You'll work closely with the leadership and sales teams to develop a marketing approach that covers everything from website traffic and lead generation to social media presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable creating high-quality content, analysing campaign performance, and spotting opportunities for new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the company's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
Lead SEO and PPC activity to boost visibility and conversions
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across key platforms
Plan, deliver, and optimise email marketing campaigns
Create engaging content for the website, newsletters, case studies, and brochures
Track, analyse, and report on campaign results, making data-driven improvements
Collaborate with sales and business development to align marketing with commercial goals
Manage budgets and relationships with external suppliers and agenciesAbout You
Experience in a broad marketing role with strong digital skills
Proven track record in SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation
Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience in the energy, utilities, or renewables sector is an advantage
