Job Summary
IMMEDIATE START
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of windows in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools. The Window Fitter will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities
* Install, replace, and repair windows in accordance with manufacturer specifications and building codes.
* Undertake Surveys as required
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for window installation tasks.
* Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry and company standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
Skills
* Experience in the industry is essential.
* CSCS card preferred but not essential as we can provide this.
* Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to window fitting.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Physicaly fit to perform manual labour tasks over extended periods.
28 days holiday including bank holidays. Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
You will be working along side a small team who care about quality. We are a family run business and this remains at our core at all times. We don't believe in "frame bashing", we believe in a high quality installation and a satisfied client and we're looking for someone who meets these standards.
You must be able to prove your installation background.
A Fully Branded Van will be provided along with all required tools for work use.
Average working hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
We cover a vast area including London so travelling is essential within this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £50,000.00 per year
