Account Executive - Software Sales
* Upto £40,000 Base + £65,000 OTE

A Glasgow-based software business is looking for a Full-Cycle (360) Account Executive to join them at an important stage of growth.
This is a hands-on role where the Account Executive will own the full sales process, from first contact through to close, while building long-term customer relationships.
There is strong demand for the product across the UK, offering clear earning potential for someone who performs well.
The role
Responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
* Manage the full sales cycle end to end.
* Booking and delivering product demos to a range of B2B prospects
* Running discovery calls and managing deal progression
* Negotiating and closing new business
* Keeping pipeline, activity and forecasts up to date in the CRM
* Building strong relationships with customers after the sale
* Working closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales processes
* Improving outreach, demos and sales materials over time
* Attending events or client meetings when required
* The sales team works to a structured sales process, so experience with qualification frameworks is useful.
What they’re looking for
* 1+ years’ experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role
* Experience selling software or technology
* A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong discovery, communication and closing skills
* Organised and confident managing a full pipeline
* Experience using a CRM and LinkedIn for prospecting
* Someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships
* Experience selling into property, real estate or similar sectors is helpful but not essential.
