Columbus – Graduate Scheme – Business Consultant (Microsoft D365 Graduate Programme) – location: Columbus, Stoke‑On‑Trent, England, United Kingdom. For the initial 6‑month training you will be required to work on site in the Nottingham office. After training you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
Role: We are looking for enthusiastic, newly or recently qualified graduates, early‑career consultants, or those looking for a career change, to join our Graduate/Accelerator Training Programme starting September 2026.
Key Details
* Start date: September 2026 (actual date to be confirmed)
* Salary: c£29,000 basic salary & benefits; rising to c£60,000 after 4 years dependent on performance
* Online psychometric test: must be completed before the closing date
* Closing date for applications and test: Midnight Sunday 1st February 2026
Responsibilities
* Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation.
* Become an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
* Work on real projects with diverse range of clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharpening problem‑solving and communication skills.
Qualifications (the Essentials)
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham and be office‑based for 6 months.
* Proactive, confident, and understanding of the business landscape.
* Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
