Job title: Sheet Metal Worker/TIG Welder
Location: Halifax
Rate: up to £19.00ph
Hours: 39 hours a week - 6.30am-5.15pm Mon-Thurs
AMLR is partnering with a reputable engineering company to recruit a skilled, reliable, and time-served Metal Sheet Worker/TIG Welder to join their team.
All candidates must be UK residents.
Key Responsibilities for the Sheet Metal Worker/TIG Welder vacancy:
* 95% of the work is working with stainless steel material, with some aluminium and other materials
* Working to tight tolerances and thin gauge work
* Must be conversant with drawings
* Able to start a job and finish it
* Working independently and in a team
* Tig welding is a huge part of the job
* The work is extremely high spec
Required Qualifications & Skills for the Sheet Metal Worker/TIG Welder vacancy:
* Time served or apprentice trained
* Looking for people who live within a 25 mile radius if possible
* Previous coding in TIG Desirable
