About the Role:
We are currently looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to work day shifts for a leading general haulage, distribution & logistics company. You will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries or trunk runs, depending on the route.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
2. Completing timely and safe deliveries
3. Ensuring accurate paperwork and delivery records
4. Performing daily vehicle checks
5. Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:
6. Valid UK Class 2 (C) licence
7. Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
8. Minimum 6 months of Class 2 experience preferred
9. Good knowledge of local and national roads
10. Excellent timekeeping and customer service skills
