The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on maintenance activities but should also be comfortable carrying out small works and minor installations when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems and associated devices.
* Clean, inspect, and verify the correct operation of detectors, call points, sounders, and interfaces.
* Carry out fault finding and basic repairs.
* Undertake small works, including running new cables, adding door holders, or installing additional interfaces and devices.
* Ensure all work complies with current standards and site‑specific requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working within the fire alarm or life safety industry.
* Strong understanding of system maintenance and fault‑finding.
* Ability to carry out minor installation and small works tasks.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Good communication skills and professional attitude when working on client sites.
