* Have practical maintenance, caretaking or facilities experience

Start date: ASAP
Closing date: Wednesday, 26th November 2025Interview date: W/C 1st December 2025Contract: 27.5 hrs per week (11:30‑17:00) / 39 wks per annum (term‑time)
Salary: Surrey Pay 3 (FTE: £24,330 / Actual salary: £15,989)
Initial fixed‑term contract until 31/08/26, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position depending on organisational needs.
