My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the Customer, Loan & Deposit Operations teams. Youll be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operational activities of a function. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing efficient processes, and managing a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Alongside managing the function, youll also be a key person in driving the transformational change in their Secured Lending (Mortgages) offering.

The following skills / experience is essential:
* Proven background in Banking Operations
* Strong Loan administration experience
* Retail Banking experience
* Any experience with Mortgages / Secured Loans is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
