Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent teaching experience within a school setting
3. Confident behaviour management and a warm, approachable teaching style
4. Flexibility to adapt to different routines, expectations and school cultures
5. Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical approach
6. Amitment to creating a safe, positive learning environment for pupils
