We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Chichester. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We are looking for Administrators to join our Protection team in Chichester. This team advises clients on insured benefits like Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, and Critical Illness, offering a great opportunity to advance your career with a leading professional services firm.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the consulting team with data gathering, organization, entry, and analysis for client projects
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent client service
* Handling client and member queries (verbal and written) within service level agreements
* Promoting continuous improvement within your team and location
* Maintaining technical and market knowledge
* Quality checking work of junior colleagues
* Participating in client meetings as needed
* Serving as a technical and training resource for colleagues
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Comfortable working with numbers
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, establishing rapport with clients and colleagues
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with Group Risk products or healthcare background
* Insurance-related experience
* Industry-recognized qualifications
