Project Administrator
Location: Shoeburyness, SS3
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Looking for a fast-paced, varied role where your organisational skills shine? We’re hiring a Project Administrator for a growing business in the design, manufacturing, and installation industry – think creativity, coordination, and customer focus all rolled into one!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Coordinating installations – ensuring installers have everything they need and projects run smoothly
2. Handling admin – updating systems, completing project forms, keeping everyone in the loop
3. Scheduling projects – balancing client needs with business priorities
4. Communicating with clients and suppliers – professionally and clearly, every step of the way
5. Managing systems – keeping internal databases up to date and organised
6. Resolving issues – handling client complaints quickly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
1. Solid admin or project coordination experience
2. Super organised and detail-focused
3. Confident communicator – written and verbal
4. Proactive, calm under pressure, and tech-savvy (MS Office, databases)
