Position Overview: As a Workspace Shift Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission by providing top:notch technical support daily. Your focus will be on maintaining SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs while collaborating closely with our workspace team to ensure consistent and resilient engineering services, ultimately enhancing the workplace experience for our clients staff and visitors.

: Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently aiming to meet and exceed KPIs.

: Champion the accounts Risk and Safety practices to prevent service disruptions.
: Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for refining technical service delivery.
: Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.
Desired Experience and Technical Skills:
: HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) : Refresher courses available.
: Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
: HNC and HND in Engineering.
: Confined Authorized Person : Refresher courses available.
: Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person : Refresher courses available.
: IOSH certification.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
: City and Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.
: Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
: Strong PC literacy, proficiency with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
Work Location:
: This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), covering both day and night shifts.
: Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential.
: The position is based at our clients premises.
